1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and s20bet ("we", "us", "the Platform", "s20bet") governing your access to and use of the s20bet website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

3 Account Registration and Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed manually by the s20bet finance team. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reach your account.

• Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed due to incomplete KYC will be held for up to 30 days before being cancelled and returned to your account balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all s20bet promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by s20bet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are detailed in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 25x the bonus amount. • Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting: All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. You also agree not to use the s20bet platform in any way that could harm the reputation, business interests, intellectual property, or commercial relationships of s20bet, its partners, or its game providers.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

s20bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Discovery that the account was registered from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A formal self-exclusion request from the player via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant authority requiring the account to be frozen or closed.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the cashier section.
